- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with warehouse for order fulfilment and dispatch
- Monitor order status and follow up on delays or issues
- Liaise with customers and internal teams regarding order enquiries
- Maintain accurate records in the system (e.g. NetSuite)
- Assist with stock checks and allocation where required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in order processing or customer service preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Valuable communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite) is an advantage
