Role Overview

EnglishWise Global is looking for an experienced and proactive South American International Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and student recruitment efforts across South America and other international markets. The primary focus of this role is to promote our ELICOS courses, develop strategic partnerships, and drive student enrollments from key regions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to expand EnglishWise Global’s presence in South America and Australia.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with education agents, institutions, and key stakeholders in the region.
- Plan and implement targeted marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, and in-country promotions.
- Represent EnglishWise Global at education fairs, webinars, and networking events to engage potential students.
- Conduct market research and analyze student preferences to refine recruitment strategies and maximize impact.
- Collaborate with the admissions and student services teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for students.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements





- Proven experience in international marketing and student recruitment, particularly in the South American market.
- Strong knowledge of the international education sector, ELICOS programs, and student pathways.
- Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese, with excellent communication skills in English.
- Established network within the South American education industry (agents, schools, universities, etc.).
- Experience in digital marketing, social media, and content creation tailored for international audiences.
- Ability to travel internationally for marketing events and student recruitment activities.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
