About the Role

As a Front of House Team Member, you'll play a key role in creating an outstanding dining experience for our guests by:

- Greeting and welcoming customers with a friendly attitude
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately
- Serving food and drinks efficiently
- Providing excellent customer service throughout each guest's visit
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming restaurant environment
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
- Working closely with both the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not essential
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering great service




- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work well in a busy, fast-paced environment
- A professional appearance and reliable work ethic
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- NSW RSA Competency Card (or willingness to obtain one)
