We're looking for an engaging, confident demonstrator to represent the Laurastar brand at Costco roadshow events, bringing our product to life for shoppers in real time.

About the Role

As our Costco Roadshow Demonstrator, you'll run live in-store demonstrations of the Laurastar range, showing customers how it transforms their laundry routine and converting interest into sales on the spot. This is a hands-on, people-facing role suited to someone who thrives on the floor and enjoys the energy of a live retail setting.

Roadshow work currently runs one week per month, with the schedule likely expanding to two weeks per month as the program grows — so this role suits someone looking for consistent, flexible casual work rather than a rigid weekly commitment.

What You'll Do

- Deliver engaging live demonstrations of Laurastar steam ironing systems to Costco members
- Confidently explain product features and benefits, and handle customer questions on the spot




- Drive sales through direct customer engagement and closing techniques
- Set up, pack down, and maintain demonstration stock and equipment at each roadshow
- Represent the Laurastar brand professionally at all times
- Report daily sales results and customer feedback to the IHS team

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in retail sales, product demonstration, or roadshow/promotional work (Costco experience highly regarded)
- Outgoing, confident communicator who's comfortable engaging strangers and drawing a crowd
- Strong sales instincts and a genuine drive to hit targets
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work full days on your feet (this role involves standing, talking, and demonstrating for extended periods)
- Availability to work weekends and travel between Costco locations as required
- Own reliable transport
- A full driver's licence
