We are recruiting an experienced Integrity and Security Analyst to join the NSW Electoral Commission.

This is a hands-on operational security intelligence role, suited to intelligence professions with 10+ years experience in an investigative or law enforcement environment who want their work to directly influence frontline operations and public safety outcomes.

About the role

As an Integrity and Security Analyst in the Safeguards and Integrity Group, you will work closely with operational teams and external partners to:

- Identify high risk locations and behaviours
- Identify security risk and vulnerabilities
- Inform planning priorities
- Produce intelligence products that support operational decision making

The role is an Ongoing Full time position.

Key knowledge, experience and essential requirements

As the successful candidate, you will have:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent professional experience.
- Significant experience (10 years plus) in law enforcement (NSW Police/AFP/intelligence agencies) or a closely related field or discipline.
- Ability to understand and apply regulatory instruments based on sound knowledge of relevant legislation and the legislative framework, government policies and reforms, and current public sector trends.
- Experience in collaborating with and influencing stakeholders to manage expectations and reach agreement amongst the stakeholders.
- Politically neutral with no affiliation to political parties or lobbyists/campaigners.
- Satisfactory criminal record check result.
