About the job:

As a Production Team Leader, you will lead production teams on shift to safely deliver operational plans while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance and performance. You will play a key role in creating a positive, capable and engaged team environment, driving continuous improvement and ensuring reliable delivery of products that support the health and wellbeing of consumers around the world.

Main responsibilities:

- Lead and support production teams to achieve daily and weekly production plans while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and compliance.
- Conduct regular one-to-one conversations with team members to provide feedback,



coaching and development support.
- Investigate operational issues, identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor, analyse and report on performance data and trends to improve productivity, quality and operational outcomes.
- Build team capability through effective training, development planning and compliance with training requirements.
- Foster open and proactive communication across shifts, encouraging collaboration, engagement and knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and act quickly to resolve issues that may impact production performance, safety or quality.

About you:

- Experience leading teams in a manufacturing, production or operations environment, with a demonstrated ability to create positive team outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience investigating issues and implementing practical solutions.
- Ability to analyse performance data, identify trends and use insights to improve results.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and support team development.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality and continuous improvement.




- Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments is advantageous.
- Relevant qualifications in manufacturing, operations, engineering or a related field are beneficial but not essential.
