What you'll be doing

- Help people build independence, confidence and everyday living skills
- Be there for personal care, household tasks, appointments and daily routines
- Encourage community connection and support people to work towards their own goals
- Stay calm and consistent, even when someone's needs are complex
- Build genuine, respectful relationships, backed by clear documentation and good teamwork
