Junior Customer Service Assistant , The Barrow (Grab & Go Outlet)
Casual Weekend Shiftts

We're looking for a friendly, confident and enthusiastic Junior Customer Service Assistant to join our team at The Barrow, our busy Grab & Go outlet.





You'll be serving customers, taking orders, preparing food and beverages, restocking products to keep displays looking their best and help keep The Barrow clean and tidy. It's a fast-paced role, so you’ll need to be able to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure.

The ideal candidate will:

- Be friendly, confident and love talking to people
- Be a positive, vibrant team player with a great personality
- Be able to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure
- Be reliable, motivated and eager to learn
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential.

The role:

- Casual weekend shifts
- Additional shifts available during school holidays
- Great opportunity to gain hospitality and customer service experience in a supportive team environment
