BTR Excavations is a well-established Civil Construction company in Adelaide North, with over 25 years in the Civil Construction industry. Due to growth in our company, BTR are seeking experienced full-time Civil Labourers to join our team.
To be successful for this role you will need to have the following:
- Civil Construction experience (setting levels, working around live services, spotting etc.)
- General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Current MR license or above
- A robust commitment to safety
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role
- Fit and able to carry out manual labour
- Ability to work overtime, weekends or nights when required
- Able to work as part of a team
- Must be able to pass a D&A; / pre employment medical
The role includes but is not limited to the following:
- Assist with preparation and laying of pipe work
- Assisting with trenching and backfills
- Using power tools and Machinery (Quick Cut, Whacker etc.)
- General labouring duties and heavy lifting as required
- Ability to climb in and out of trenches
- Loading/unloading equipment
- Maintaining and cleaning the work site
