We are currently seeking a compassionate, patient, and experienced Support Worker to provide person-centred care for a participant living in Woolloomooloo
Participant Overview
- Older female
- Home Care Package client
- Level 3 obesity
- Severe anxiety and mental health concerns
- Memory loss
- Can be verbally aggressive at times
Preferred Support Worker
- Female
- Spanish speaking preferred (or very clear English communication)
- Robust, confident and resilient
- Calm, patient and compassionate
- Experienced supporting participants with complex mental health and personal care needs
Support Requirements
- Personal care
- Showering assistance
- Assistance getting into bed
