Roll It Ice Cream Co. is Brisbane’s original and only rolled ice cream food van -serving up live-made, entertaining, and downright addictive ice cream at events, festivals, private parties and markets all across South-East Queensland.

We’re a small business with big goals, and we’re looking for a Casual Crew Member that's reliable, confident and friendly with customers. You’ll be trained to make rolled ice cream from scratch and help run our food trailer at events.

About the Role

- Casual position, typically 3-5 shifts per week
- Expected salary:



$30 per hour (Junior rates apply for under age 20)
- Wednesday Late afternoon/evenings
- Thursday Late afternoon/evenings
- Friday Late afternoon/evenings
- Saturday afternoons/evenings
- Sunday afternoons/evenings
- Shifts are usually 4–6 hours (Typically 12–25 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours during busy periods.
- Locations vary around Brisbane & South-East QLD

You’ll Be Doing

- Taking customer orders and serving with a smile
- Making rolled ice cream in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Helping clean and pack down the trailer after service

We’re Looking For

- Driver’s licence (P Plates or above) + reliable vehicle (car or scooter fine)
- Friendly, well-mannered, and outstanding with people
- Hard-working, punctual, and dependable
- Moderate fitness (you’ll be on your feet and moving around)
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred (but not essential)
- Must be authorised to work in Australia
- Availability every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday afternoon/evening, plus Saturdays and Sundays (weekend shifts may start from late morning or the afternoon).
