Hola Mija – Latin American Street Food is opening soon, and we're looking for an enthusiastic Kitchen Hand / Cook to join our team from the very beginning. We're creating a fun, vibrant and welcoming space inspired by the flavours and culture of Latin America. From handmade tacos and empanadas to fresh street food and great hospitality, we're passionate about creating memorable experiences for every customer. If you enjoy working in a quick-paced kitchen, love great food and want to be part of an exciting new local business, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

- Assisting with food preparation and service
- Cooking and assembling our street food menu
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
- Stock preparation and kitchen set-up
- Working closely with a small, friendly team
- Helping deliver a great customer experience

Reliable and hard-working

Positive with a great attitude

Kitchen experience preferred (but we're happy to train the right person)

MUST be available to work Thursday to Sunday, some evenings and public holidays
