GCC Retaining & Construction SEQ is a supplier and installer of civil & residential concrete sleeper retaining walls that service entire South East QLD.

We are looking for someone with 2+ years landscape labour construction experience, reliable and highly motivated to join our construction team. We build concrete sleeper retaining walls across civil and private sites all over Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Ipswich. This particular role is based for a north Brisbane to Sunshine Coast position.

Our current workload is increasing by the day and we are after someone that needs full time work with an immediate start.

Whether you wish to be a sub-contractor or an employee under wages we can accommodate both. Hours will vary from approx 40-50 per week Monday to Friday and the occasional Saturday if need be.

You will be joining a crew that enjoys coming to work each day and having a good time but know when there are deadlines to meet. If you have experience in building retaining walls of any sort, or are someone that is interested to learn and grow within the company then we would like to hear from you.



Excavator operators with competency are a huge bonus.

Applicants must have their own transport, white card, smart phone, basic ppe (initial) work boots, excavator ticket is a huge bonus

All training will be provided however labour or construction experience is required.

Tasks include the below but are not limited to:

- General Landscape labour assistance
- Assistant team members in the construction of retaining walls including transport direction on site
- Operating (or spotting) excavators
- Complete construction of retaining walls
- Keeping records of construction apps on company provided tablets
- Liaising with site managers
- Keeping to work programs

All training provided.
