About The Role:

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Accounts Payable officer to join the team. This role will be best suited to someone who thrives in a structured yet fast paced environment, where deadlines and multitasking are part of the day to day.

In this role you will:

- Process invoices through an automated OCR workflow system
- Reconcile supplier statements and internal accounts
- Prepare weekly eft payments
- Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve queries
- Mange the accounts payable inbox efficiently
- Assist with the internal year end reporting
- Maintain accurate filing and complete all other administrative duties as required

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in Accounts Payable
- Highly developed organisational and communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including MS Excel, Office, accounting software, and data bases
- Ability to meet strict deadlines,



multitask, and prioritise workload effectively
- Pleasant and professional phone manner
- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is advantageous
