Female Disability Support Workers | Immediate Start | North Brisbane

Salt Human Services is seeking compassionate, reliable and proactive Female Disability Support Workers to join our growing team, supporting a range of participants across Brisbane's northside.

This is a fantastic prospect for someone looking for consistent ongoing work across a variety of participants, including:

- Children with ASD and ADHD.
- Adults with intellectual disability.
- Participants living with psychosocial disabilities, including schizophrenia.

We're looking for support workers who are patient, engaging, confident working independently, and passionate about making a genuine difference in people's lives. Experience supporting participants with autism, mental health, behaviours of concern, or complex support needs will be highly regarded.

Current shifts available include:

- Monday to Friday morning shifts (7:30am–9:30am)
- Monday to Friday afternoon shifts (2:30pm–5:30pm)




- Wednesday daytime shifts (10:00am–2:00pm)
- Wednesday, Thursday and Friday shifts ranging from 4–6 hours
- Opportunities to build additional hours with other North Brisbane participants

To be successful you will have:

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication skills
- A genuine passion for supporting people to achieve their goals
