About the Role

We are recruiting a Full-time Team Leader to support cleaning operations at All Saints College, St Peters Campus.

This role involves Monday to Friday 2pm to 10pm shifts, providing leadership and hands-on support to our cleaning teams operating within school and learning environments.

You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, supporting team members, and ensuring safe, efficient service delivery in Maitland.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Leading and supporting cleaning team members across assigned sites
- Conducting quality checks and ensuring safety and compliance
- Assisting with task allocation, inductions, and on-the-job coaching
- Providing clear communication between sites and Quayclean management




- Supporting rostering, attendance checks, and workflow coordination
- Maintaining high standards of presentation and service delivery

What You'll Bring

- Experience in cleaning supervision, team leadership, or similar roles
- Strong communication and people-management skills
- High personal presentation and a strong commitment to safety
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Current Police Check
- Working With Children Check (essential)
