AML Assured is a Melbourne software company. Our platform helps Australian real estate agencies handle their new AML/CTF obligations under AUSTRAC (Tranche 2).
You'll be the person our clients talk to when they need a hand. That means plenty of time on the phone and email: walking agencies through setup, answering their questions, and making sure they actually know how to use the product. A fair bit of the job touches compliance, so a background in compliance or AML is desirable, though not essential. If you're valuable with people and you learn quickly, we'll teach you the rest.
What you'll do
- Answer client questions over the phone, email and chat
- Get new agencies set up on the platform, including their AUSTRAC enrolment
- Help clients with everyday compliance questions, and pass the tricky ones to our compliance team
- Help agencies through their ID verification and screening processes
- Show clients how to use the different parts of the platform
- Keep our help guides and FAQs up to date
- Pass on what you're hearing from clients so we can keep improving the product
- Help out with client webinars and training
Must have
- Confident and friendly on the phone, and a good writer
- Experience in a support, customer service or client-facing job
- Comfortable with software and quick to pick up new tools
- Organised, careful with detail, and positive judgement
- Happy to learn the AML side (we'll train you)
Nice to have
- A background in real estate, property, or a compliance or regulated field
- Any exposure to AML, KYC or customer due diligence
- Experience with CRM or support ticketing tools
What's on offer
- Full-time, work from home arrangement
- $65,000 to $75,000
- A close-knit team where you work directly with the founders
Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
