This role is best suited to someone who can confidently step behind the bar, work independently, and deliver exceptional service during busy lunch and dinner services.
About the Role
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and serving cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages
- Delivering friendly and professional customer service
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar
- Working efficiently during busy service periods
- Ensuring responsible service of alcohol at all times
- Maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 2 years' bartending experience in a busy restaurant, bar, or hospitality venue
- A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate (essential)
- Solid knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
- Experience handling high-volume service and busy nights
- Ability to work confidently with minimal supervision
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a team-focused approach
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
