As a Shift Leader at our Mount Lawley / Northbridge stores, you'll be an integral member of the team — leading by example, supporting the team, and making sure every customer leaves smiling.
You will:
- Assist in leading and supporting a small, passionate FOH team
- Deliver standout customer service in a fast-paced, high-traffic location
- Keep the store running smoothly, even during the rush
- Set the tone — fun, friendly, and professional
The details
- Hours: 25–35 hours per week (weekends are essential)
- Employment type: Casual
- Location: Mount Lawley (& occasionally Northbridge)
What we're looking for
- Strong hospitality background
- Barista or gelato experience highly advantageous
- Experience in food preparation, maintaining kitchen standards and supporting general production
- Confident,
positive leadership style
- Reliable, organised, and cool under pressure (even when the line's out the door)
- Applicants must have the right to live and work in Australia
