Crown Sydney offers two infinity pools, outdoor spaces, tennis court and a yoga terrace. The pools are Sydney’s most popular summer destination – which see approximately 600 visitors per day, using over 1,000 towels. The Recreation Attendant ensures the smooth operations of the food & beverage service for our guests and residents - graciously hosting and offering them the ultimate pool-side experiences.

Some of the key responsibilities will involve:

- Greeting and welcoming guests to the Crown Sydney Pool area and cabanas

- Supporting with guest and resident experience across all recreation areas

- Taking guest orders and serving food and beverages across both upper and lower recreation areas

- Offering towels, sunscreen and other amenities to guests as required

- Providing information on the Crown Spa facilities , services and offerings across the property

- Maintaining a safe, clean and well-presented environment for guests and other team members





What we’re looking for / i deal experience:

- People that are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service moments

- Experience in a hosting or F&B; service related or guest-facing role

- Demonstrated ability to work in a high-volume and rapid-paced environment

- A current RSA or ability to obtain one prior to commencement

- A level of comfort working in the sun and summer weather conditions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to multi-task

- Strong attentiveness and ability to anticipate the needs and desires of our guests

Availability:

Candidates must be available to work shifts between 7 am and 9 pm. They must also be able to commit to a 6-month contract.

- Part time - must be available 4 days p/w ( min . 16 hours and max . 36 hours per week )

- Casual – flexible across a 7 day week
