The Hughenden Hotel is looking for a Café All-Rounder / Kitchenhand to join our team on a part-time basis (3–4 shifts per week).

Are you someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and likes a role with variety?

Our small café services both hotel guests (32 rooms) and the local community, offering a friendly and relaxed workplace.

This role includes a mix of duties such as preparing simple café food, heating and plating meals, table service, cleaning, and making coffee as a barista.

We are open 630am – 3pm daily, so there are nov late afternoon or evening shifts. Flexibility is key as shifts are rostered across weekdays and weekends. Some shift will be 630am - 1pm or 630am to 3pm, depending on the days of the week.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, however we’re happy to train the right person. A friendly, outgoing personality, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team are essential.
