QA RRP Operations Specialist
The QA RRP Operations Specialist is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the site's Quality Management System (QMS). The role plays a key part in executing Change Control activities to support the consolidation of product maintenance functions and manage the growing volume of product specification and manufacturing process changes.
As the QA RRP Operations Specialist under the area of Quality Assurance, you will:
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the HTS Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Drive product and process validation activities, providing quality requirements, standards, and actionable validation outcomes to stakeholders.
- Manage engineering changes (ECO/ECR) to support business, regulatory, supplier, and customer requirements while maintaining Quality, Cost, and Delivery targets.
- Oversee technical CAPA processes, leveraging laboratory analysis and market feedback to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and enhance quality standards.
- Coordinate validation testing and laboratory activities to support product development, expansion projects, and post-launch quality monitoring.
- Ensure laboratory compliance with ISO 17025 standards and maintain the reliability, accuracy, and traceability of test results.
- Lead and develop team members, while managing additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Quality Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in product quality, quality assurance, or quality management within a multinational manufacturing, electronics, or tobacco industry environment.
- Solid knowledge of product quality systems, laboratory operations, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven leadership, stakeholder management, data analysis, and multi-project management capabilities, with excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Japanese or Chinese and experience with SAP R/3, LIMS, and MS Office are an advantage.
