Our 16-bed unit delivers family-centred inpatient, ambulatory and short stay care, with a strong focus on teamwork, collaboration and holistic care. You'll be part of a supportive team that values learning, professional development and delivering exceptional care to every child, every time.
About the role:
Provide advanced, specialist nursing care to children receiving oncology treatment and support their families throughout their journey.
Lead with confidence, using your clinical expertise to make informed decisions and deliver exceptional, evidence-based care.
Share your knowledge by providing expert advice, education and support to colleagues across the multidisciplinary team.
Champion high standards of nursing practice, taking accountability for safe, quality care and helping drive continuous improvement.
About you:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA and the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA).
Bring advanced experience in paediatric oncology and haematology, with postgraduate qualifications (or current enrolment) highly regarded.
Be a confident clinical leader who enjoys collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional family-centred care.
Champion evidence-based practice, quality improvement and clinical excellence while helping shape the future of paediatric oncology services.
What we offer:
Total monthly remuneration value of up to $4,202 p.m. is comprised of:
An hourly rate between $70.92 - $77.00 p.h.
12.75% employer superannuation contribution
17.5% leave loading
