Based in our state-of-the art premises in Inglewood, you will lead strategic communications that support a broad range of organisational priorities. Working closely with leaders and subject matter experts, you will provide strategic communications advice, develop engaging content, build strong stakeholder relationships and translate complex information into clear, meaningful messages.
You will also help raise Brightwater's profile through proactive media and thought leadership opportunities, while working alongside marketing, digital and creative specialists on integrated campaigns and organisational initiatives.
This position is part of our newly formed Clinical Excellence team, providing a unique opportunity to support initiatives that help shape the future of care.

To be successful in the role, you will need:
- Relevant qualification in communications, PR or journalism, or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver effective communication strategies.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across diverse audiences.
- Experience delivering integrated communications across multiple channels.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Strong planning, analytical and organisational skills, with a proactive approach
- Satisfactory National Police Certificate obtained within the last 12 months and hold a valid and satisfactory NDIS.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Current Western Australian ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence.
