In this role, you'll:
You will support the development and delivery of communications, and key messaging materials for internal and external audiences.
You will create and manage communication content across multiple channels, including newsletters, emails, presentations, reports, videos, and other engagement resources.
You will develop and manage strategic partnerships, acting as the primary relationship lead for key stakeholders and partner organisations.
You will foster strong, collaborative relationships, identify opportunities to strengthen engagement, and work closely with leaders and partners to deliver shared objectives and maximise partnership value.
You will lead partnership governance activities, coordinating meetings, facilitating discussions, documenting outcomes, and ensuring agreed actions are progressed.
You will monitor, evaluate, and report on engagement outcomes from our key partnerships, using insights and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in communication activities, systems, and processes.

About you
You have demonstrated experience developing engaging communication content and managing stakeholder relationships to support collaboration, alignment, and successful partnership outcomes.
Your skills include creating clear, audience-focused communications within customer-centric environments.
You can navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly, and deliver outcomes in fast-paced and changing environments.
You bring relevant qualifications in communications, journalism, marketing, or equivalent professional experience, supported by strong communication and stakeholder engagement expertise.
