National Dental Care is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Dental Assistant / Receptionist to become an integral part of our friendly team at DB Dental Riseley Street.

About the Role

As a Dental Assistant / Receptionist, you'll play a vital role in creating exceptional experiences for our patients while supporting our clinicians to deliver the highest standard of care.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting clinicians during dental procedures
- Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining infection control standards
- Managing patient appointments and scheduling
- Greeting patients and creating a welcoming experience
- Handling enquiries both in person and over the phone
- Supporting administrative and reception duties
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the practice

About You

We're looking for someone who brings positivity, professionalism, and a team-first attitude.

Ideally, you'll have:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in the dental industry
- Experience in both Dental Assisting and Reception
- Strong computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office
- Experience with Dental4Windows (D4W) (highly regarded)
- Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (preferred but not essential)

You'll also be:

- Qualified and well-presented
- A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to patient care
- A positive team player who enjoys contributing to a supportive workplace culture
