Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Mechanical Designer for our Drafting & Engineering team in Toowoomba, Queensland.

About the role:

- Predominantly using Inventor, VAULT, and AutoCAD

- Translating concept designs to detailed designs for internal and external projects

- Maintenance of design records and maintenance of records and documentation

- Completion of shop floor drawings on an as needs basis

- Projects include agricultural, commercial storage and handling, feedlots, mining and plastics

- You will work to support our Estimating, Manufacturing and Project Management teams

Selection criteria for this role includes:

- Trade qualifications and/or degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline

- Working knowledge and experience in a Mechanical Design

- Working knowledge of the Australian Standards





- Must have a focus on problem solving, precision, durability and innovation

- Robust working knowledge of Autodesk Inventor

- Strong written, verbal communication, analytical and organisational skills

- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
