We are looking for a motivated and professional Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Domino's outlet. The ideal candidate will manage staff, maintain inventory, enhance customer experience, and ensure the store operates smoothly and profitably. This role requires a strong understanding of retail management principles and the ability to lead a team in a quick-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee Daily Operations:

Manage the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring smooth operations by selecting appropriate product ranges, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and delivering exceptional customer service to achieve business targets.

- Sales & Customer Engagement:

Conduct direct sales to customers, providing expert advice on products to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
Plan and execute both online and in-store promotional activities to increase product visibility and drive sales.

- Strategic Planning & Growth:

Develop and implement effective purchasing, marketing, and sales strategies to support store growth and profitability.
Monitor market trends to align store offerings with customer preferences and seasonal demand.

- Financial Management & Reporting:





Prepare budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost control measures to maintain profitability.
Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and financial transactions for compliance and performance evaluation.

- Staff Leadership & Development:
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and supervision of team members to build a capable and motivated workforce.Promote a positive team culture focused on efficiency, accountability, and ongoing professional development.
- Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure all operations comply with workplace health and safety regulations.Conduct regular staff training and maintain safe working practices across all store activities.Requirements:
- AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma OR at least three years of relevant industry experience (in lieu of formal qualifications)
- Minimum one year of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the food service or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) sector
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Knowledge of point-of-sale systems, inventory management, and customer service practices.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions quickly.
- Must be available to work on weekends and public holidays
