About the Role: Archie's Southwest is looking for a passionate and reliable Chef to join our team in our busy, vibrant venue at the stunning Dolphin Quay Mandurah Marina. We are offering a secured part-time position immediately. For the right candidate, this role will transition into a permanent full time position following a successful two-month trial period.

Key Responsibilities:
- Food Quality: Consistently produce high-quality dishes according to venue standards.
- Kitchen Operations: Follow daily checklists and maintain strict kitchen cleanliness.
- Inventory Control:
Monitor and ensure stock levels are sufficient for busy periods.
- Leadership: Assist with training and mentoring junior kitchen team members.
- Communication: Liaise directly with management regarding kitchen operations and any issues.
- Professionalism: Arrive on time, reliable, and always well-presented in uniform.
