Associate Minister: Discipleship

Warnbro Community Church is a growing evangelical church in Perth's southern coastal corridor. Located in one of Australia's fastest-growing regions, we are seeing significant population growth through young families, defence personnel, and those relocating to Western Australia.

We believe this presents a remarkable gospel opportunity.

We're seeking an Associate Minister: Discipleship to join our senior leadership team and help us build a church where people are growing in Christ, grounded in God's Word, and equipped for everyday mission.

This role would suit a gifted Bible teacher and leader who loves preaching, developing leaders, and building healthy discipleship cultures.

THE ROLE

You will:

- Preach regularly as part of the church's primary teaching team
- Provide oversight of discipleship ministries across the church
- Lead and develop leaders in Kids, Youth, Young Adults, and Adult ministries
- Strengthen Life Groups, leadership development, and discipleship pathways
- Provide pastoral leadership within a growing and mission-focused church
- Partner closely with the Senior Minister in shaping the future direction of the church

We're Looking For Someone Who:

- Loves Jesus and His church
- Meets the character qualifications of Timothy 3:1–7 and Titus 1:5–9.
- Holds a theological degree from an evangelical college
- Has proven pastoral ministry experience




- Is a capable expository preacher and Bible teacher
- Can lead ministries through developing and empowering others
- Has a heart for evangelism, discipleship, and church growth
- Thrives in a collaborative team environment
