About the Role: We are looking for a reliable and flexible team member to join our Pakenham store. This role involves not only dishwashing but also general kitchen duties. Previous hospitality experience is preferred. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- General kitchen cleaning – dishes, equipment, surfaces, floors
- Deep cleaning of fridges, freezers, and storage areas
- Supporting chefs and other kitchen team members with basic food prep or ad hoc duties as needed
- Ensuring hygiene and food safety standards are followed
- Organising and maintaining a clean kitchen workspace




- Collaborate with front-of-house staff when necessary to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in kitchen hand and/or cashier roles preferred
- Ability to work quickly and multitask in a high-pressure environment
- High attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
- Good communication and basic customer service skills
- Positive, proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to assist in both front and back areas as needed
- Must have Australian work rights
