- Delivering warm, attentive customer service to every patron
- Assisting with guest enquiries and providing accurate information about venue offerings
- Processing and delivering customer orders effentially
- Ensuring the responsible service of alcohol
- Ensuring all gaming regulation and responsible gambling practices
About you
- A current NSW RSA & RCG Competency Card (Essential)
- Full working rights in Australia
- A genuine enthusiasm for fast-paced, people focused work
- Previous experience in a customer service workplace
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent grooming and presentation
- Flexible to work a rotating 7-day roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
Pay: From $33.38 per hour
