Perioperative

We are seeking experienced Perioperative Registered Nurses to join our team within a leading edge 12 theatre unit and 24 bed PACU facility. Bring your perioperative expertise to a dynamic and supportive team, with opportunities to grow and expand your experience across all three perioperative specialties — Scrub/Scout, Anaesthetics and Recovery/PACU.

Scrub / Scout
We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Scrub/Scout Registered Nurses to join a highly motivated perioperative team, working with state of the art equipment and supported by strong educational and professional development opportunities. This is an outstanding opportunity to become part of a highly specialised theatre environment, providing skilled intraoperative nursing care across 11 surgical specialties.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the planning, coordination, and delivery of secure, high quality patient care throughout the perioperative journey. Working within a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to exceptional patient outcomes while further developing your clinical expertise in a dynamic and supportive workplace.

Anaesthetics
We are currently seeking experienced Anaesthetic Registered Nurses looking to work in a contemporary, highly specialised hospital with a strong team culture and genuine career development opportunities.

As an Anaesthetic Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering safe, high quality perioperative care within a supportive and collaborative environment. Working alongside anaesthetists, surgeons, and the wider multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to positive patient outcomes across a diverse range of surgical specialties.

Recovery/PACU
We are currently seeking experienced Recovery/PACU Registered Nurses to join our perioperative team. This is an exciting opportunity to become a member of a team committed to clinical excellence, continuous learning and exceptional patient outcomes. As a Recovery/PACU nurse, you will play a vital role in the immediate post-operative phase, delivering safe, evidence-based care while supporting patients through their recovery from anaesthesia and surgery.

J5 Surgical Centre - Temporary and Permanent




To meet inpatients demand J5 surgical centre will be used as overnight patient area during winter period. If you are a motivated Registered Nurses looking for temporary employment opportunities, this will be a great opportunity for you, and we would love to hear from you. This will be 7-day rotating roster including morning evening and nights.

Cardiac Cath Lab - Temporary
Join our friendly and growing Cardiac Catheter Laboratory team, delivering advanced cardiac services to the Central Coast community, including complex PCI, coronary imaging (IVUS/OCT), electrophysiology, cardiac device implantations, and a dedicated 24/7 STEMI service. We offer excellent education and mentorship with support from a dedicated Clinical Nurse Educator, ACORN-compliant staffing ratios, and training across all roles. Previous experience is not essential; we are looking for candidates with strong critical thinking skills and a willingness to learn.

Dialysis

Haemodialysis nursing offers the clinical complexity, autonomy, and critical thinking familiar to acute care nurses, without the relentless pace.
This is not routine, task‑based nursing, it is high‑acuity, problem‑solving care in an outpatient setting, ideal for nurses who want to evolve their practice, apply science to real‑time clinical decision‑making, and work in a role where professional judgement genuinely matters and no two shifts are the same.

General Medicine at Gosford Hospital is a complex, high-acuity service managing a broad range of medical specialties, including:

- Gastroenterology

- Geriatrics

- Stroke and Neurology

- Medical Assessment Unit

Cancer Inpatient Unit

Our Cancer Inpatient Unit provides specialised care for patients with haematological and oncological conditions, delivering high-quality treatment in an environment where compassion and clinical excellence are central to everything we do. As part of our team, you will support patients through complex treatment pathways and recovery, delivering safe, evidence-based care while fostering meaningful and respectful relationships with patients and their families.
We are seeking motivated clinicians who demonstrate strong acute care capability, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to ongoing professional development. While oncology experience is desirable, it is not essential – we value a willingness to learn and undertake speciality education in cancer care.

Surgical Services - Temporary and Permanent

Our Surgical Inpatient Units provide comprehensive perioperative and post-operative care across a broad range of specialties, including:

- Orthopaedics

- Vascular Surgery

- ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat)

- General Surgery

- Upper Gastrointestinal (Upper GI)

- Colorectal Surgery

- Urology

- Gynaecology

- Plastics & Reconstructive Surgery





- Breast & Endocrine Surgery

Transit Lounge (Temporary)

- Support patient flow and discharge coordination within a structured and team-focused environment.

- Ideal for adaptable nurses with strong communication and prioritisation skills.

About You:

- Current AHPRA registration

- Current working rights in Australia (no visa sponsorship available)

- Recent acute hospital experience in Australia

- Strong clinical judgement and escalation capability

- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills

- A collaborative, professional approach

- You are adaptable, accountable and confident in your clinical practice.
