We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales and Marketing Manager to support our continued growth and assist in developing strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Position Overview

The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing sales and marketing activities designed to increase brand awareness, strengthen customer relationships and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements.
- Coordinate advertising, promotional and marketing campaigns.
- Assist with the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets and performance reports.
- Monitor sales performance against agreed targets and recommend improvement strategies.
- Work closely with management to identify growth opportunities and improve market penetration.
- Manage and support sales and marketing activities across the business.




- Prepare regular reports on business development and marketing outcomes.
- Contribute to brand development and customer engagement initiatives.
- Ensure marketing and sales activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and business objectives.

Essential Skills and Experience

Applicants must demonstrate:

- Previous experience in a sales, marketing or business development management role.
- Strong communication and stakeholder relationship management skills.
- Experience developing and implementing marketing and sales initiatives.
- Ability to identify and convert business development opportunities.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to analyse market information and prepare business reports.
- Commercial awareness and problem-solving capabilities.

Qualifications

The successful applicant should possess:

- A Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Management or a related field;

or

- At least five years of relevant experience in sales, marketing or business development management.
