Job Description

At CSL, we are driven by our promise to save lives and protect the health of people around the world. CSL Behring has an exciting opportunity for a Production Supervisor –Visual Inspection & Packaging at our Broadmeadows facility on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Senior Manager- Packing, you will be responsible for leading packaging operations and supporting frontline manufacturing teams. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced, regulated workplace.

NOTE - This is a 24 hour facility and you will be working 5 days (Monday - Friday) on a rotating shift (Morning, Afternoon & Night).

Your Role

- Lead and support packaging teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations.

- Manage production schedules, resources, and line maintenance to meet output targets.

- Drive process improvements and standardisation to enhance performance and quality.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project and regulatory requirements.

- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.

Your Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent vocational/technical qualification.

- Experience in packaging operations, ideally within pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing.

- Strong working knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements (TGA/FDA).

- Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrated capability in driving process improvements and delivering results.
