We're looking for a patient, experienced support worker to provide 1:1 community access support to one of our participants in Melbourne CBD, helping him try cricket in a relaxed, low-pressure setting.
- Weekly sessions- 3 hours each. This will ramp up as the rapport builds up.
- Community-based — you'll be out and about, not in an office or a home.
- Own vehicle required (you'll may be driving to and from the activity).
- Casual, ongoing — may grow to more hours if the match works well.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience supporting people with complex psychosocial or mental health needs.
- Calm, unhurried, non-judgemental manner
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain one).
- Current driver's licence and a reliable, insured vehicle.
- First Aid/CPR certification (preferred, not essential).
