The Role
- Prepare estimates and government procurement tenders.
- Manage projects budgets and cost reporting.
- Analyse subcontractor and suppliers quotations
- Develop construction methodologies and support early contractor engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
About You
- Minimum 5 years estimating or quantity surveying experience with commercial or industrial builder.
- Experience with costX, Microsoft project or similar software.
- Strong Commercial acumen and attention to detail.
- Existing subcontractor networks in southeast Queensland highly regarded.
- Personable, relationship-focused and comfortable working with clients from boardrooms to regional job sites.
