Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of SME clients, providing advice and tailored insurance solutions whilst supporting the Branch Manager with their larger clients
- Maintain robust client relationships, ensuring high retention and satisfaction levels
- Support the senior broker with complex queries and emerging opportunities
- Prepare and present renewal and new business quotes,
quality control and compliance
- Assist in junior team mentoring and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Ideally 2–4 years of commercial insurance broking experience
- Tier 1 Qualification
- Familiarity with SME clients preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple clients independently
- Committed to studying towards your Diploma, with business support for ongoing education
- Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
