Synergie Australia is partnering with a well-established logistics and warehousing organisation to appoint an experienced Senior Forklift Driver / Team Leader to join their operations team in Kingsgrove. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on warehouse professional looking to take the next step in their career, combining forklift operation with leadership responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $70,000 - $75,000 + Superannuation | Permanent Full-Time Position
Hours: Monday-Friday, Day Shift | Immediate Start Available
Location: Kingsgrove, Sydney NSW

What you will be required to do:

As a Senior Forklift Driver / Team Leader, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of warehouse operations while providing guidance and support to team members.

- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently across warehouse operations.
- Load and unload trucks while ensuring product integrity and safety compliance.
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, dispatch and stock movements.
- Lead by example and support team members to achieve operational targets.
- Assist with workflow planning and task allocation across the warehouse team.
- Maintain accurate inventory control and stock management practices.
- Promote and uphold workplace health and safety standards.
- Support training and onboarding of new warehouse staff.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies.
- Perform general warehouse duties as required.

To be successful in the role you will:

- Hold a current LF Forklift Licence.
- Have proven experience operating forklifts within a warehouse,



transport or logistics environment.
- Demonstrate previous leadership experience or possess the capability to step into a team leadership role.
- Have strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory processes.
- Be confident leading by example and supporting team performance.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Display a proactive, reliable and hands-on work ethic.
- Have strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Be committed to maintaining a safe and productive workplace.
