Senior Assistant Coach: Watsonia Sporting Club

Watsonia Sporting Club is seeking suitable applicants for the position of Senior Assistant Coach in 2022 and beyond.

This can be a playing or non playing role

Watsonia competes in the Northern Football Netball League Division 2 competition.

As a minimum the applicant should exhibit the following skills and attributes:

- Uncompromising approach and results driven

- Contemporary game plan and can teach a playing group to follow it

- Nurture youth development and progress young talent

- Inspire confidence in each other and create elite team environment

- Professional approach and absolute commitment

- Ability to work within a coaching group as led by the Senior coach

- Help develop a strong culture of success and mateship

- Have a support structure of assistants
