Responsibilities:
- Lead private equity pre-deal due diligence projects including investment thesis support to clients, primary research campaigns, and analytical model development
- Lead private equity post-deal value creation project including turnarounds, cost-outs, growth assessments, organizational design, and related engagements
- Support senior staff with client development work related to pre- and post-deal transaction work
- Generate business leads and act as a mentor to the junior staff; especially in regard A&M; Australian staff; engage in practice development, marketing and selling efforts
