We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our team.
Duties include:
- Receiving inbound goods and checking deliveries.
- Taking notes and updating records for incoming stock.
- Answering phone calls and assisting customers and transport companies.
- Uploading PODs (Proof of Delivery) into our system.
- General warehouse administration and support.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations.
- Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Positive communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not essential.
