We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and professional Female Disability Support Worker to provide person-centred support to a participant in Mount Gravatt.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide community access and social support
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Support the participant with mental health needs
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
- Maintain professional communication and accurate documentation

Essential Requirements

- Current Yellow Card (NDIS Worker Screening Clearance)
- Current Blue Card
- Current Driver's Licence
- Reliable vehicle




- Comprehensive Car Insurance
- Current Vehicle Registration

Desirable Qualifications

- Certificate III, Certificate IV, Diploma, or higher qualification in Disability Support, Individual Support, Aged Care, Community Services, or a related field

What We're Looking For

- Female Support Worker
- Compassionate, kind, and respectful
- Experience providing mental health support
- Must be available and willing to work the following split shift schedule:
- 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
- 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Comfortable providing community access, assistance with daily living, and mental health support
- Available to commence work as soon as possible
