About the Role

Help Build the Future of Education.

You'll work directly with the Founder to build the brand, grow our community, and help establish us as a leading educational platform.

This role goes well beyond traditional marketing.

You'll have genuine influence over marketing strategy, product presentation, and customer engagement. You'll be encouraged to contribute ideas, identify opportunities, and help shape both our products and our marketing direction.

As one of our earliest team members, your contribution can have a significant impact on the long-term success of the business.

Responsibilities

- Develop and manage our social media strategy.
- Coordinate the production of engaging social media content.
- Manage relationships with content creators and video editors.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Assist with product demonstrations for schools and teachers.
- Build relationships with teachers, schools and educational partners.
- Assist with product design from a marketing perspective, ensuring new features are presented in ways that maximise customer appeal and engagement.
- Monitor marketing metrics,



campaign performance and customer behaviour to help focus marketing resources where they achieve the greatest impact.
- Help identify new market opportunities and growth strategies.
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, branding and product positioning.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

- Creative and proactive.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Highly organised.
- An excellent communicator.
- Curious and willing to experiment with new marketing ideas.
- Interested in helping build a company rather than simply completing assigned tasks.
- Passionate about education.

Experience in digital marketing or community management is desirable.

Experience in education would be highly regarded, current or former teachers are strongly encouraged to apply.
