Food Production & Packing Line Worker

We are seeking Food Production, Packing Line Workers to become part of our team across AM,PM & Night Shift (20% Shift Loading from 6pm to 6am).

The key duties of this position are:

- Operate machinery.
- Measure ingredients and mix raw materials.
- Monitor dough/product quality and line performance, reporting and escalating any deviations.
- Production and Packing lines
- Clean equipment and workspace
- Work safely and adhere to safe practices.

Key skills required to be successful in this role are:

- Ability to work with various food types such as wheat, whole meal, cheese, meat (bacon), etc.
- Manual handling up to 25kgs
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail with a positive attitude
- Previous experience in a similar role within food manufacturing or in hospitality. (Preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and multitasking.
- Must be able to stand for 8-hour shifts in temperature-controlled workplace
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Understanding of workplace and food safety (HACCP)
- Basic understanding of HACCP principles (formal certification preferred but not required - training provided)

Pay: $34.00 – $40.00 per hour
