Full-Time Senior Hair Stylist – Perth CBD

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Hair Stylist to join our professional and creative team in Perth CBD.

About the Role

As a Senior Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services, building strong client relationships and contributing positively to the salon team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting thorough client consultations
- Providing professional cutting, colouring and styling services
- Recommending suitable haircare products and home-care routines
- Maintaining high standards of service, hygiene and presentation
- Managing your appointment schedule efficiently
- Building and maintaining a loyal clientele
- Supporting junior stylists and apprentices when required
- Participating in salon training and education
- Contributing to a positive and professional team environment

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- A minimum of five years’ qualified hairdressing experience
- Strong skills in cutting, colouring, styling and client consultation
- A recognised hairdressing qualification or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A professional, reliable and positive attitude




- The ability to work confidently and independently
- A genuine interest in ongoing education and professional development
- Full Australian working rights or eligibility for employer sponsorship

Experience with balayage, blonding, Asian hair, creative colour, perming or advanced cutting techniques will be highly regarded.
