4 Corners Italian Restaurant is preparing to open the doors to our newly revamped venue, and we’re looking for an experienced and passionate Pizza Chef to join our kitchen team.

About the Role

As our Pizza Chef, you will play a key role in establishing the pizza section of our kitchen. You’ll work closely with management and the head chef to help develop a pizza menu that reflects quality, authenticity, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

● Prepare and cook high-quality pizzas to an exceptional standard.

● Assist in designing and developing our pizza menu prior to opening.

● Prepare fresh dough, sauces, and toppings using quality ingredients.

● Maintain consistency, presentation, and portion control on every pizza.

● Ensure all food is prepared safely and complies with food safety regulations.

● Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation.

● Keep your workstation clean, organised, and compliant with health regulations.

● Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining high standards.

● Assist with training junior kitchen staff when required.





● Contribute ideas for seasonal specials and menu improvements.

What We’re Looking For

● Proven experience as a Pizza Chef in a busy Italian restaurant or pizzeria.

● Experience working in a fast-paced commercial kitchen.

● Strong knowledge of traditional and contemporary pizza preparation techniques.

● Experience with dough preparation, fermentation, and wood-fired or commercial pizza ovens is highly regarded.

● A genuine passion for authentic Italian cuisine.

● Ability to remain calm and organised under pressure.

● Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

● Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

● Reliable, punctual, and skilled.

● Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
