We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our Airbnb turnover team.

Our properties are professionally maintained Airbnb homes that require high presentation standards, fresh linen and consistent attention to detail.

If you've worked in hotels, housekeeping, aged care, disability support, nursing, childcare or simply take pride in keeping things immaculate, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

You'll be responsible for preparing Airbnb properties between guest stays.

Typical duties include:

- Making beds with fresh linen
- Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- Vacuuming and mopping
- Restocking guest consumables
- Styling the property ready for arrival
- Taking completion photos through our app
- Dropping used linen to our laundry partner after each clean
- Collecting fresh linen before your next scheduled turnover

Your first clean

Your second clean

You'll complete the property yourself while your supervisor remains available by phone for support.

From your third clean onwards





You'll confidently manage your assigned properties independently.

Pay

$31.50/hour

Typical cleaning times:

- 1 bedroom apartment – 2 hours
- 2 bedroom apartment – 2.5–3 hours
- 3 bedroom apartment – 3–4 hours
- Larger homes – 6.5–9 hours

You'll know the expected cleaning time before every job.
