We’re a growing, family-run business here on the Border, and we’re looking for the right person to join the Bliss Cleaning Co. team — not just someone looking for a quick job, but someone who wants consistency, structure, and to be part of a team that genuinely takes pride in what they do.

This role is Monday to Friday, roughly 9:00am through to around 2:30pm, making it ideal for someone wanting school-friendly hours and a steady routine. The work is mainly domestic cleaning across the Albury/Wodonga area, working both independently and alongside our team.

We also have a position in the Culcairn Henty areas .

We do want to be upfront — this isn’t a “spray and wipe” type of role. At Bliss, we clean to a high, detailed standard in every home, every time. We follow structured systems and checklists, and we’re big on consistency. If you’re after something easy, short-term, or just a bit of cash on the side, this probably won’t be the right fit.

What we are looking for is someone reliable, someone who shows up, takes pride in their work, and notices the small details.



You’ll need to be comfortable working within a system, open to feedback, and able to work both on your own and as part of a team. Cleaning experience is definitely a bonus, but attitude and work ethic matter more to us.

You will need a driver’s licence and reliable transport, and you must be available for ongoing weekday work.
