Lead the people side of transformation

Goulburn-Murray Water (GMW) is Australia’s largest rural water corporation responsible for storing, managing and delivering water across most of northern Victoria. GMW provides more than 39,000 services to about 25,000 customers in its operating region.

GMW is seeking a Change & Training Manager to drive the change, training and adoption activities needed to support a major CRM & Billing transformation program.

Based in Tatura this role will help prepare both employees and customers for new ways of working, including adoption of new customer portal and self-service capabilities.

What you'll do

- Lead change, readiness and adoption activities across the CRM & Billing Project.
- Develop practical and engaging training programs and materials.
- Support leaders, teams and business champions through change.
- Coordinate go-live readiness and hypercare activities.
- Monitor adoption, training effectiveness and customer portal uptake.
- Help embed new processes, capabilities and ways of working.

What you'll bring

- Experience delivering change, training or adoption initiatives.
- Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience supporting business transformation or technology projects.
- Exposure to CRM, billing,



customer service or digital transformation environments.
- Experience working within agile or hybrid delivery approaches.
- Exposure to Infor, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP or similar enterprise platforms will be highly regarded.
